Your feedback matters: Here’s what we’ve heard and what we’re doing!
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during our recent client survey. Your honest input helps us understand what’s working well and where we can do better. Below is a summary of the key themes we heard from you and what we’re doing in response.
Positive Experiences:
- 60% of our clients rated their overall experience as ‘Extremely or very satisfied’.
- Many of you expressed appreciation for the professionalism, compassion and care provided by our team.
- Support from staff such as Podiatrists, Exercise Physiology, and Mental Health professionals was frequently praised.
- Home visits, individualised care, and respectful communication made a meaningful difference.
Areas for Improvement:
- Improving Communication: From 1 July 2025, we moved to a new Electronic Medical Record system, with a view to improving our reminder system, follow-up processes, and making sure clients are updated more consistently.
- Reducing Wait Times: We’re exploring options to increase service availability in key areas.
- Enhancing Continuity of Care: We’re working to strengthen staff handovers and provide more consistent support.
- Blending Telehealth and In-Person Care: Where possible, we’re aiming to offer choice between in-person and Telehealth appointments.
- Environment: We’re improving the look and feel of our consultation rooms to support a more comfortable experience.
- Listening, Always: Your feedback helps us make meaningful changes, and we are committed to ongoing improvement.
