Are you in need of someone to talk to without judgement? Do you want to connect with support services but don’t know where to start? If so, we’re here to help!

As a headspace service provide we offer FREE confidential counselling services for young people aged 12-25 across the Mackay region. 

headspace is an inclusive service that does not discriminate regardless of age, race, cultural background, religion, sexual orientation, gender or disability. We are about making sure young people have the best support, information, and services for their health and wellbeing including physical health, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, employment and education support.
