If you’re living in remote North West Queensland, NWRH may be able to provide the healthcare services you need. We are a not-for-profit organisation offering health services in Doomadgee.

What do Wellbeing Clinicians do?

Wellbeing Clinicians provide support to individuals, families and communities to enhance mental health, emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life. Their work focuses strongly on early intervention, identifying concerns early, building coping skills, strengthening protective factors and supporting people before challenges escalate.

Tailored Support Services

Our health professionals will take the time to listen to your unique needs so that we can provide suitable support. We work with individuals living with a disability, managing chronic illness, having mental health difficulties and more. Our services include:

Wellbeing services: peer support and social groups, counselling, early intervention, navigating daily living and more
Aged Care and NDIS services: daily assistance, domestic help, transport, social support and more
Mental health services: psychologists and other mental health professionals
