Yes, disability support is available in remote areas. Here at NWRH, we provide an array of services to people with disabilities, regardless of where they live. This includes in-home and community-based services. In some circumstances, we can arrange transport to and from medical appointments.

Wellbeing Clinicians provide support to individuals, families and communities to enhance mental health, emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life. Their work focuses strongly on early intervention, identifying concerns early, building coping skills, strengthening protective factors and supporting people before challenges escalate.Â

Our health professionals will take the time to listen to your unique needs so that we can provide suitable support. We work with individuals living with a disability, managing chronic illness, having mental health difficulties and more. Our services include:
- Wellbeing services: peer support and social groups, counselling, early intervention, navigating daily living and more
- Aged Care and NDIS services: daily assistance, domestic help, transport, social support and more
