NWRH is a not-for-profit healthcare organisation serving the community of Cloncurry. Our health professionals provide a range of services to suit your unique needs, from allied health and home and community supports to mental health and wellbeing services. Whether you need help living independently as you grow older or want to find out about our NDIS services, we’re here for you.
Our multidisciplinary team includes, support workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, and more. Working together, we aim to improve your overall physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Remote and Regional Support
Attending medical appointments, maintaining a household and keeping up with personal care can be challenging or almost impossible for some of our clients. That’s where community carers are critical. Our team works with individuals and their families throughout Cloncurry to provide assistance and reduce the burden of difficult tasks. With compassionate, local staff, we’re able to provide flexible and responsive services that suit our clients’ needs. We provide:
