Remote and Regional Support
Attending medical appointments, maintaining a household and keeping up with personal care can be challenging or almost impossible for some of our clients. That’s where community carers are critical. Our team works with individuals and their families throughout Cloncurry to provide assistance and reduce the burden of difficult tasks. With compassionate, local staff, we’re able to provide flexible and responsive services that suit our clients’ needs. We provide:
- Allied healthcare services: including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners
- Aged care: home and personal care, transport, meals, social support and more
- NDIS services: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, community connections, daily assistance and more
- Mental health support: professional counselling, advice and more
If you’re not sure how to access help, our friendly team will be happy to talk you through the process. We can arrange a health service for you or advise how to get support through NDIS and My Aged Care. From Burke Developmental Drive to the Flinders Highway and everywhere in between, we tailor our support to meet the requirements of our patients.
